National Novel Writing Month

November is National Novel Writing Month. Participants are challenged to write the first draft of a novel in a month. This, of course, will be a first draft, with no chance for revision along the way. Registration begins on October 1, but check out the site now to see what they are all about. You will be able to get the support of other writers as you write your own fast first draft.
